  • Signs are critical to maintain a safe and fluid parking lot, especially in the winter when pavement markings can become covered by snow. Our most popular signs are for accessible parking, EV parking, visitor and reserved parking. Custom signage is available for those that want signs with their name or logo.

  • Freshly paved parking lots offer a rare opportunity to reorganize your parking spaces to optimize capacity and promote efficient traffic flow. Give us a call and we will help you design a parking lot tailored to your needs.

  • Parking stops are a must to ensure the safety of your customers and property, especially in spaces adjacent to fences or buildings. We use rubber stops made of recycled materials, avoiding the crumbling and cracking that comes with concrete parking stops. Do you need your old stops removed? We do that as well!

  • The cost to apply pavement markings to your parking lot is dependent on a number of factors, but approximately 70% of the parking lot line painting jobs we do are under $900. Factors that affect pricing include:

    -The number of parking spaces

    -The number of stencils (arrows, handicap etc.)

    -Are we re-painting an existing layout, or are you looking to have lines painted for the first time?

    -Will we have full access to the parking lot? Or will painting have to be split over multiple sessions/days?

Most quotes can be calculated by assessing satellite imagery via Google, allowing us to deliver line painting quotes very quickly, often within just a couple of hours.

  • We use high quality traffic paint for all of our line painting applications. This paint is much different than the typical residential paint you are likely familiar with. It dries incredibly fast. Depending on the air temperature, paint will usually be dry to the touch in 10 minutes, and safe to drive on after 30 minutes. We don’t leave the job site until the paint is safe to drive on. So once we are gone, you can rest assured your parking lot is safe to use.

  • No. We take care of blowing and sweeping the parking lot as needed. In rare cases, pressure washing or power sweeping could be required. This is typically only required for covered parking garages. Above ground, surface parking lots that are exposed to rainfall will typically be much cleaner than those underground. The only prep you need to worry about is ensuring there are no cars parked in the spaces you would like painted.

  • Yes! In addition to standard stenciling (EV parking, reserved parking etc.), we offer custom stenciling to meet the unique needs of our clients. Anything from your business logo, to the managers name on their reserved parking space, we can help you customize your parking lot however you would like.

  • In the words of Steve Jobs, “Do not try to do everything. Do one thing well”. We do not offer paving, sealcoating or crack filling services at this time. We specialize in pavement marking services, including line painting, stenciling, playground games and sports markings. However, we work with the best professionals Southern Ontario has to offer, and we are always happy to offer a recommendation or help coordinate to meet the needs of our clients.

  • No job is too small, no job is too large. We have serviced parking lots with as few as two lines! Regardless of whether your parking lot has one line or thousands of lines, we treat every job with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail.

  • We work 24/7, which allows us to provide our services at whichever time of day best suits you. Typically paint is applied during the evenings or overnight outside of typical business hours. Condo/apartment clients usually prefer weekday, daytime service while most residents are at work. Hotels/motels often request Sunday afternoons after most of their clients have checked out of their rooms. We are flexible, and always accommodate our clients to ensure their operations are not affected.
